Adam Mazel
Union College Digital Scholarship and Instruction Librarian

I help teach, facilitate, and manage computational methods of scholarship from source finding to text mining. My M.S. in Library and Information Science is from Simmons University, and my Ph.D. in English Language and Literature is from the University of Michigan. As a digital scholar, my interests include computational text analysis, and I helped research and teach for Northeastern University’s Women Writers Project and Digital Scholarship Group. As a Victorianist, my peer-reviewed articles have appeared in Victorian Literature and Culture, Victorian Poetry, and Nineteenth-Century Literature; and I write the annual “Guide to the Year's Work” on the poet Algernon Charles Swinburne for Victorian Poetry.
